Submission of Daily and Visiting Allowance and other amounts received by officials of local bodies who visit Nepal in connection with the work of local bodies as mentioned in Schedule-81 and to employees and other persons in accordance with the prevailing law. The day will be over and the related official or employee and person will have to withdraw the advance amount received within thirty five days from the date of returning from the visit or completing the work of the visit. If the invoice is submitted after the deadline without submitting the invoice within the deadline, ten percent interest will be charged on the entire payment amount for the overdue period.
